Casey Cowgill - Defensive Backs

Coach Casey Cowgill is a 1993 graduate of Nease High School.  Playing defensive back and linebacker, he helped lead the team to several accomplishments for the Panthers. His senior year was the first undefeated regular season including first time wins over St. Augustine and Bolles. While at Nease, he received All County and All District accolades. Joining his brother Danny, he moved onto Lenoir Rhyne College where he played four years as a defensive back. Their team went on to win the SAC title. Casey joins his brother once again in his first season of coaching the Panther’s defensive backs. He is honored to be coaching at his alma mater to continue the winning tradition. He married his high school sweetheart, former Ms. Lauren Windham, also a 1993 Nease graduate. They have a five year old son, Jackson, and twin girls, Kannon & Kate, whom just arrived August 2009.
